I have ordered a new pay as you go sim, on the £5 big bundle tariff. I don’t want it to continue every month. How do I stop £5 of my credit been taken every month?

The only way is to not have £5 credit at month end.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Or change to the Classic tariff on O2. They no longer provide that tariff but Tesco and giffgaff do and they run on the O2 network.

This tariff allows you to top up as and when required.
