I have £27 credit on my pay as you go. I have signed up for the £5 big bundle to get unlimited calls. Can I use the credit I already have or do  I have to spend a further £10 to up my credit even more?

If coming from a classic payg tariff it should update within 24 hours.

You can check in your MyO2 if it's activated http://www.o2.co.uk/myo2

Any problems and you need to call 4445 for O2 to activate it.

Thanks, when is it activated? I have requested the change online. Do they notify me when I can use unlimited calls?
