4g sim

I have just received a new sim from O2.   The number on the sim doesn't mention 4g, and my Samsung phone doesn't show 4g anywhere on the status bar.  How can I tell if the sim (and my Pay as You G tariff) are 4G?

All O2 sims are 4G compatible now

Thanks for the info, Jonsie.  I have used your link to check 4g coverage, which looks good.

I just wondered if there was any simple look-up that would confirm the signal I am actually receiving.

I guess there isn't?
