I wish someone say something about this now and whether or not someone from O2 who works for O2 can explain why we haven't got it cos it would improve the network in a massive way

Because O2 will keep some of the services exclusively for pay monthly customers to encourage us all to ditch payg . The more pay monthly customers they have the better their balance sheet. 
Simple business!

Can’t blame them really!

And yes I’m a payg customer!
