3gb Data instead of 15 and its declined free £10 offer when I text the number.

I got a new pay as you go sim. Its supposed to have 15gb data a month instead of 3gb for the next 3 months. Its also supposed to give you £10 free credit when you top up £10 and text FREE10 to 21500. Its text me back saying this offer isn't for me plus I've only got the standard 3gb data. Can somebody sort this out please!
