I have tried to text 3XDATA to 2424,but it keeps coming up with +442424 on my mobile & it won't send.So why did 02 send me the promotion that doesn't even work.Absolute joke this is😡

Have you got dial assist turned on in phone settings?

You can also call 4445 and customer service will add the promotion to your account.
