Topped up to get my bundle which includes 2GB data allowance. Bundle appeared, but with 365MB of data already used.
Wasnt doing anything else, connected to WIFI (O2 doesn't let you top up without already being connected to the net so I mean I had to be on wifi lol) literally never showed up as 2GB/2000MB for even a second.
Given that this is the first time I've actually checked what it says straight away I'll be quite annoyed if for the past.....3 years or so I've been paying for something on not receiving. Especially when O2's data somehow gets used quicker than on any other network to begin with!

As you know, Big Bundles are exchanged for allowances but if you feel there is anything wrong with yours, then you need to call customer services.

Advice from an O2 Guru regarding a way to get through:
When you call, you will be asked for the reason you are calling,
Stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.
Press 2 for Everything Else
Press 5 for More Options
Press 7 for Anything Else which will put you though to an advisor.
Press Upgrade, Lost/Stolen or Fraud if you have to.
8am is the best time to call
