Hello, calling 2220 does not work. After the male's automated speech ends the female's voice advices there is a technical fault. Do O2 plan to fix it or calling this number will be discontinued? I have noticed this for the first time three month ago. Thank you.

Sounds like 2220, possibly related to O2 Priority (there is an app for that, separate from MyO2 app) is a discontinued service. You can adjust your Contact settings in MyO2 to turn off receiving the SMS messages that refer you to reply to 2220, and you can reach out to O2 via Social Media, links just below this post, to actually confirm what 2220 does and if there is a plan to fix it.
