Hi,
I have the £20 big data bundle with offer to extend to 50GB monthly for the first three months. I only had this extra gigas on the first month. Topped up on time on the second and third month and only got the usual 10gb monthly without the offer. Called O2 when they used to pick up and they made me text 'FIFTY' to 2424 got a confirmation text that my request is in process but I never got the offer applied nor on the second nor on the third and final month. How to fix this? O2 been dropping my call and the chat in the app keeps saying to try later. Disappointing.
