Hello, I started using a '15GB for £15 Unlimited minutes and text' sim card, which was provided by my organization, and which was bought in Japan at a vendor. Since I arrived in Austria from Japan, I made just a single phone call, and since then, it seems I cannot make any phone call any more. It once showed my balance is zero, and also at my O2 website, it also shows my balance is zero. It is strange as the service is 'unlimited' for the duration of my stay in Europe.
I noticed one thing. When I switched off the airplane mode in Germany when I landed, I got an SMS from O2, that was saying that I could use the number as same way as I am in UK. That mail I didn't come when I crossed the border to Austria from Germany. I received that SMS a few days later. It looks to me that some error had occurred in those first a few days in Austria. Please make it usable again. BTW, I can still use the web network. Just unlimited minutes was limited to zero.

I've just started using it from 16th Feb 2022, this year. I just made one phone call, that's it. o2 has to reload it.
