Hello,
I topped my new sim today with £15 thinking I would be getting the £15 Big Bundle of 20gig for the month.
Instead I have been given a £10 big bundle with 7gig of data znd a Spare balance of £5. If I try to use the £5 to add on, it allows only 500mb.
This is a bit of a con

You need to select the tariff you want in your MyO2 https://mymobile.o2.co.uk/
It's hardly a con if you didn't activate the sim correctly to your preference.
Contact O2 on 4445 and see if they can change it now for you.

Big Bundles
- BIGBUNDLE5 for the £5 tariff
- 10DATABB for the £10 tariff
- 15DATABB for the £15 tariff
- 20DATABB for the £20 tariff
- 30DATABB for the £30 tariff

Hi thanks yes I did that, texted the £15 bundle text but didn't activate it.
