Hi I received a text message today about renewing my £15 bundle and said I would receive a text message confirming the 100gb of extra data being added once I've topped up as normal. I haven't received that text yet so I'm a little worried to use my data.

 

The text message I received:

 

"O2: Hi. Your £15 Data Big Bundle has ended.

But start a new one before 06/04/2023 and we'll give you a whopping 100GB of extra data to use over 30 days.

After your new Bundle starts, we'll send a text to confirm your extra data's been added.

To buy your new Bundle, just top-up as normal. You can use a debit or credit card and call 4444 free.

To stop these offers, call 2220."

The extra date usually gets added after a few days.

You can use your phone as normal whilst you wait.
