£15 big bundle/top

I had the £10 bundle but changed to the £15 bundle so i topped up £15 but £10 was taken for my previous bundle 😕 leaving £5 balance i then get a text to say this "O2: Sorry, you need a balance of at least £15 to get your £15 data Big Bundle. Top up now. Call 4444 free from your mobile." Now where it usually shows my remaining allowances its not wven showing that. Im not topping up another £15 surely it should have been done automatically for me to have my £15 bundle. Help please???

You need to call 4445 to get O2 to sort it for you.
