14Gb and £10 free deal

Hi there,

 

I have swapped to O2 on the 21st, I swapped because of the deal 14Gb and £10 free credit after the first top up. So I swapped and paid £10, from my O2 account I just see 7gb and when I send the SMS to get the £10 credit it says that they are busy right now.

I called the customer service and seems I am not eligible for anything, which is odd since I actually changed my old provide for that deal.

Have I got scammed?

You'll have to call 4445 with the details of the offer and SIM package info, @Christian_D - if you bought from eBay or the likes of Home Bargains or B&M, you may have bought on oldish SIM and the offer is dated/expired.

It is also possible you have to text DOUBLE to 21400 or a number on your SIM card sleeve to activate the double data, and a different code FREE10 to another number to get your 10pounds back - details below:
