Hi,

I use pay as you go (standard) and got a new sim for the £10 offer unlimited texts and calls (14GB) as big bundle. If I move to the big bundle:

1) can I come off it any time (and get back to my old pay as you go)?

2) do I need to change my current sim for the new received sim or can I do it directly from my current sim? If so, how do I go about it (I don’t want to change number and would prefer to keep my current sim).

thank you. Greg

If you move on to Big Bundle you can't move back to the old style PAYG

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.

If you are fine with what @Enlli writes above, if you want to use the new SIM, you'll need to swap service and move your number to it, if you want to keep your current number @GregF - Guide: Sim Swap: a mini guide 2017 update has the background, and your MyO2 contains the means to do it reasonably painlessly:

You will need to have both SIMs with you when you do this. Good luck, @GregF.
