I have received a message a few weeks ago about 10GB free data if you top up before the 06.03.22 I topped up yesterday (05.03.22) and still haven’t received the 10GB data. Any advice?

Have you rebooted your phone? As it's the weekend it may not be applied until tomorrow. If there is no change then call O2 on 4445 or use social media...:
