I had collected , approximately £26 that I always use as extra credit. This I have done for years! I go to collect my 10% today, and my balance has gone to £0. No warning, no nothing. Had I known I would loose all this money. I wouldn’t have bothered topping up with o2 at all. The statement clearly showed £26. Can anyone tell me where it has gone?
I am sorry to say, if this is how I am to be treated. I will no longer use o2. I’ve given them many loyal years ( more than 20!!) This is how I am treated??? I am utterly disgusted. Huge company - I’m sure £26 will go far!!Intact I am shocked by the underhanded way, my balance was erased , just like that. I will not let this pass. I will not go away. If they can do this to me , after all those years, it seems that they can do it to anyone!!
