Hi all, how can I get a refund of a new Pay as you Go card after the 10 mins has elapsed? The shop just told me to contact support but that is not easy!

There are no refunds on PAYG top up, so why the shop told you to ring o2 is beyond me.

If it is a new simcard then they shop should have refunded you as o2 wont.

What is the 10 mins restriction?

Long enough to get you out of the store.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.
Please select the post that helped you best and mark as the solution. This helps other members in resolving their issues faster. Thank you.
