Hello,
I've activated a new sim and added £10 credit, which was taken as payment for the £10 bundle. I then texted “5XDATA” to 2424 to get the 15gb instead of 3gb, but this hasn't been updated on my account yet.
Also, I texted "FREE10" to 21500 for the free £10 credit, but received a text informing me I am not eligible for the offer.
What can I do as I should be eligible for both offers, but so far, I haven't been able to obtain either?

All systems are running slowly now so it may take some time to update.
If nothing happens (keep rebooting your phone) then you need to call O2. All numbers are in this guide. Press any option to get through

What about the £10 credit offer? I keep getting the same text informing me that I am not eligible. Is there a way for me to sort this out by myself? Or do I need to call customer service to query this?
