Yesterday I received my sim and set up the £10 rolling plan. I was moving between the app and my PC and was logged out just after making the payment. I had to do a second payment of £10 to set up the plan as I assumed the first hadn't gone through. However, my bank statement is showing up two payments of £10 to O2. In fact there is a third payment as I started off doing a £10 top up mistakenly thinking this was how I started the £10 rolling plan... This is now sitting in my account as credit but I have no idea when or if I'll be able to use it given I'm on the rolling plan. From what I read it can't be refunded. Getting nowhere on the live chat to resolve this.
