Hi

I have just signed up with a new PAYG SIM.  The Envelope the SIM came with states if I top up with £10m, then text the message "FREE10" to 21500, I will receive a free £10 credit.

Having followed the instructions, what I do get is a text message back advising me, "It looks like this offer isn't for you"

Can anyone help please?

Thanks

@NorthStartShef

Sometimes if you top up and text at the same time, the system doesn't register the top up so doesn't give the credit.

I'd try again in a day or so and if still no luck, call O2 on 4445 and they will add it for you.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

wow, that was a fast response.

Thanks.  I will try again a little later, perhaps the system is still updating.
