I have just got a new SIM card, loaded £10 credit and texted FREE10 to 21500 to get £10 free credit but have received a text back saying this offer is not for me. Why is this? I have followed all the steps mentioned in the flyer that accompanied my new SIM.

I'm just on the phone to them

Used the 4005 number and got through straight away

Waiting for P&G now as the number gets through to monthly accounts

 

Update

Got through and the credit was added with no problem.
