10.00 DD taken from my bank?

My mobile had £3 plus left on it. I did a PAYG of £15.00 for a top-up today. I then found a direct debit of £10.00 taken out of my bank on 14th April. I do not recognize this DD, and need the details, and for which phone number it was charged?
