I've upgraded pay as you go today and was offered 02extra as a bonus.
I chose amazon fim but realised I already have this facility with my TV therefore have not redeemed this with 02,cannot get back to the original offer, only info says 28 days to redeem withamazonand I don't want this option
Any advice easeor I'll miss out on the extras?

If it doesn't give you the option to change in My O2 you will have to try to call customer service to see if they can change it for you. Good luck.
