Hi

Got a call from 0161 3935074 (Manchester).  Person knew my name and was offering new package as my contract is running out soon. 6GB data with unlimited calls etc and Disney + for 6 months - all for £8.

Sounds too cheap to be legit even to keep a longterm O2 customer so I committed to nothing.

Anyone getting similar calls? I can see this number is often flagged as nuisance so I will block it.

Is there a specific number that O2 would actually call you from?

Chances are that it's a so called "trusted partner" and only they will benefit from it.

If you want to change tariff or upgrade, do it in your MyO2 or by calling O2 directly.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.
