voicemail set up but not kicking in

i have a samsung s7 edge, got in september 2016, only realised a couple of months ago the voicemail wasnt set up, i have now activated this (if i hold down 1 on the key pad it rings and gives me options etc) however when i call my phone the answer phone never kicks is, i dont have TUgo and ive tried 1750 and 1760 but it just bleeps anyone have any ideas?

Have you ever had Tugo?
If you just get beeps after dialing 1750 it usually means vm is disabled.

I would think it's a TU problem and will have to be resolved by customer service as you cannot reregister to switch voicemail odd.

thanks guys
contacted customer service they asked me to dial: **61*901*11*NO.SEC# however i cant do a dot on my phone so they have filled in a form to allow my phone to go to voicemail after 30 seconds

Using 0 or no sec as you wrote will divert all calls to voicemail!

Hello @Anonymous

@MI5 is right. The seconds you can set up are 0, 5, 10, 15, 20, 25 or 30. If you set it up to 0 seconds, it is the same as diverting all calls as after no seconds it’ll divert to voicemail.

been more than 24 hours and when i divert a call or it rings out it just beeps and hangs up still no voicemail - back to customer service i go
