Hi,

I am due an upgrade on 5th Feb, contract comes to an end then. Do I have a choice of all phones to upgrade to without the cost of my bill going up? I am in Croydon on the 5th and their store is always busy.

Your bill will depend on which model and airtime you upgrade to.
All upgrades come with a new 24 month airtime plan

You will need to take out a new contract with a current tariff. Upfront cost and monthly payment depend totally on the phone you choose.

If you don't want to pay more you need to choose a phone and tariff that is the same as your current contract.

You can also upgrade using third parties such as cpw. Time to do a price comparison
