Hello I have logged onto my o2 app and it is telling me that I can upgrade my phone the only problem is when it asks me to keep my phone or sell it I selected one and it doesn't go any further I was wondering if someone could help me please. Thank you.

You still have to click "continue to upgrade " further down the page.

Hi @Anonymous if you wish to upgrade you are better off going into your local o2 store as they will  have a better chance of having your choice of handset in stock
