I can’t find my orders page. I’m worried about my iPad and can’t track it because I can’t find which courier it is.

Help on tracking here http://www.o2.co.uk/help/phones-and-devices/how-to-track-your-order#qs but if you haven't received a dispatch email, it hasn't left O2 yet.
