Hiya

 

Do any of you guys know how to reset the O2 Pocket Hotspot back to default settings?  I've forgottem my passcode so went into a O2 store here in Nottingham and they said the passcode is admin. I've tried this and it doesn't work.

Nothing major changed in terms of functionality @maryofdungloe

You will have to update iTunes and reconfirm your phone.
