or pop into your local O2 shop.

It's free whichever way you do it.

@Anonymous If you follow the advice above and call Customer Service, they will send you a blank sim and you can do the swap yourself using this link: http://swapmysim.o2.co.uk/. Or, as also suggested, call into a store if you have one nearby and they will do it for you then and there. The swap can take up to 24 hours, but it's usually much quicker.

I DO NOT WORK FOR O2
