Hello

I would like to request a Nano SIM card for my existing number with O2. I currently have a micro SIM on a Nokia 1020. I bought a new Sony Experia XA1 which uses a Nano sim card.

I would like to keep my existing number and tariff.

How do I request this preferably online.

Many thanks

Webchat advisors should be able to send you one and once its received text SWAP to 20220 from the old SIM or go to http://swapmysim.o2.co.uk/

If you go into a store they’ll be able to do it there and then and activation takes up to 24hrs although usually a lot quicker.

Hi @Rockmylobster A couple of things. If you have a 3 in 1 sim you would be able to push the middle bit out to make a nano sim and pop that in the new phone. Other than that you could order one from the online shop, and do a sim swap http://swapmysim.o2.co.uk/

or ring customer services for one https://www.o2.co.uk/contactus

or pop instore and they will swap everything over to a nano sim for you

Quickest way is to pop into your local o2 store.
I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Currently using:
