Hey folks, as above, how would one report a suspected fault with a mast when the service checker says everything is fine?

Hi Hazel.

To report a network fault just give customer services a call on either 202 from your mobile or 0844 809 02 02.

To help them try and give them as much detail as possible, such as:

Location (post code specific).

Behaviour (dropped calls, no service etc).

Does it happen on 2G or 3G or both.

Othe customers affected.

Length of time the issue has been going on for.

Does the problem occur when your SIM card is in another phone.

They may ask for more, but with that you hit the ground running in getting it resolved ASAP.

Hope this helps.
