Disable TuGo enable WiFi

When Tugo stopped I removed the Tugo App from my phone and enabled Wi-fi calling. The Wi-fi calling doesn’t work. I contacted O2 guru who told me to reinstall Tugo so as to delete my account.

Problem: Tugo is no longer available on the UK App Store (I have a iPhone 8 - lucky me) and so I can’t do it.

Any help appreciated.

If that link doesn't help then customer service will be able to sort it for you. In this instance I would call rather than use live chat.

@WillTee WiFi calling is only available on specific phones. See this link. It may help:

Thanks. I have done all that. The problem seems to be that I needed to disable the Tugo account before deleting the app. Now I can’t get the app back.

Wi-fi calling is available for my iPhone 8.

It’s no longer possible to install Tugo and WiFi calling cancels it anyway.
Tugo isn’t your problem here.

Might be worth a visit to an Apple store and help from them @WillTee

You need to call customer service I'm afraid and hopefully get through to someone who can help to sort it out.

May need an account reset or might not be enabled properly.
You can try turning it off again in your MyO2 and re-enabling it.
Reboot phone too as it sometimes helps.
