text and web

Anonymous
Not applicable

i have the text and web data plan for 300 texts and 500MB of Data that i top up £10 and it takes £5 for my plan. my data and text plan ended and then i was informed through an O2 pop up message that i get internet for £1 per day when i did not ask for this.  it kept taking £1 each day when i never used the internet on my blackberry phone until my credit was gone. in total, i believe to hav lost almost £5.  i demand a refund as now i cannot do anything on my phone not even send an emergency text when i do need to!

Please refund my money as soon as possible.  this is utterly unacceptable!  i am disappointed in your services!!

We're just customers here - You need to call CS, but if you use all your data allowance you will get charged so O2 have done nothing wrong.....
I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

If you do not want to be charged for data when you have used up your allowance then you should turn off data on the blackberry. IIRC it's under 'Mobile network' then 'Data services'.

It's even more incredible that the OP acknowledges the text was received telling them about the charge, yet they still continue to use data and then demand a refund !!!!
