divert calls

Hi - I want to divert calls from my pay as you go  O2 number to a landline number when I am unavailable - can anyone explain how this is done as I keep getting a message saying the forwarding number is not set for All Calls - I have a blackberry

Thanks for any advice

As jonsie says - because you cannot be billed (or have minutes taken from your allowance) it's not possible on PAYG.

I've not had to use 'diverts' but you would think it would suggest its not available in the link.

Does it's say something within the main T&C.

Many threads on this community confirm it where payg users have tried and it fails just search the community

I did write "I'm not doubting the experienced members who have posted as they are full contract account holders, but the information needs to be available so people who choose Payg know what features they cannot take advantage of"
