I have never been able to get updates from Zune for my Nokia 710 - always get the error message 8018119B. I have had to take it to the local O2 Guru to get it downloaded in the shop. O2 Guru is very good and helpful but we thought that it was fixed and that I'd be able to download myself next time. However, when I went to get the latest update then I got the same old error message as before. I will go back to O2 Guru but if there is anyone that knows of the solution without me having to do so then it would be more convenient and it shouldn't have to be this difficult. My laptop does get the latest downloads from Windows.

not sure if you have seen this threads on the microsoft forums? http://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/winphone/forum/wp7-sync/new-update-for-htc-dh7-wp7-gets-error-801... on that page there is a soultion that has worked for some.
Cannot offer any more help as an iphone user apart form checking any firewall software is not blocking the update.
