I have recently acquired a Lumia 800 and i cannot get the phone to state the name of the caller when the phone is ringing. This has been a feature of my other Nokia phones. Please help. Thank you

Another thought.... Do texts come through OK with the name of the person?
I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Currently using:
Pixel 7a (O2 & Lyca), One Plus 6 (Sfr), iPhone 12 Pro Max (Vodafone)

texts do come through fine with name of sender as expected, yes.

I'm wondering if it's a network issue or account problem....? Try calling CS and asking for you account to be reset and check that caller id is enabled too...
