wrong information on O2 website

Anonymous
Not applicable

Bad info re TuGo: the website states that TuGo works on "iPhone, iPad and iPod Touch (with iOS5.0 or higher)" This is a lie. It does only work with iOS 7 or higher. I complained about it, but it is still appearing the same on the O2 website.

Also, wrong info re the Huawei "personal Hotspot". The O2 website says it is £15.99 upfront and £6 per month for a 4G version. I went to the O2 shop in Westfield, where I was told the 4G version would be £30 upfront and £15 per month.

Who do I believe, if anyone?

Regarding the pricing, quite often online and store prices will vary. The correct price is both of them, but it depends where you buy from.
I can't comment for Tugo as that is a law unto itself.....
I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.
