You ned to use your old sim in new phone or do a sim swap Guide: Sim Swap: a mini guide 2017 update

Get that working first.

Edit:

If this is a new contract to O2 you need to call to activate the sim.

Numbers here Guide: Coronavirus Community Help and Support

and help on wifi calling https://www.o2.co.uk/connectivity/wifi-and-4g-calling

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.
