i dont want web daily im being charged a £1 a day for this service i dont use the internet on my phone i hardly use my phone just the occasional txt i want the web search cancelled im fed up topping up just for it to come back to you its a rip off can you please sort this for me because at a £1 a day its not worth me topping up

This cannot be sorted out here for you as we are all customers on the o2 Netwotk too.

You can change your tariff in your Myo2 online to a more appropiate one

or  

Ring Customer Services on :

From your O2 mobile 4445 - 25p per call

From a landline 0844 809 0222 - 5p min and they will discuss other options.

Possibly one of the Payg simplicity options.

Ensure you turn off 3G and Mobile data settings within your phone.

Also take into account none of your apps will update , Weather etc {If your using a smartphone}

MMS messaging will not work either to send or receive.

e mail etc will stop.

Just switch off mobile/cellular data in the network settings to stop your phone using data. This will stop the £1 daily charge.
