Is it a text with a code starting with NC, @s34?

If so, it is likely a notification related to changes O2 are having to make as they move customers from older 3G or older SIM cards to a newer 4G or 5G-capable SIM. Not heard of it being associated with a "voucher" before - call O2 to check, Guide: How to find help & contact O2 has all the ways, @s34.

If it is related to new SIM, go into an O2 Shop with phone, SIM and valid photo id for the change, otherwise your phone service will be disabled while Royal Mail get the new SIM card to you, usually 3 to 5 days.
