Hi there so i currently have the really annoying issue with voicemail. i call "901" to listen to my messages and then after i have listened normally i can call customers back by selecting "5" on the keypay but it just says invalid number.
i've called 02 and i've also talked to 02 support with no luck on the issue. i've reset my voicemail, ive also used the codes 1760 and 1750 to close and reopen voicemail. ive reset my network on my phone and loads more. hopefully someone on here can help me as its very important i can call customers back.

O2 have recently upgraded the voicemail system so our guide will need updating now with the changes and features.
I won't post it as it won't help you but @Martin-O2 can get some info I'll happily update the guide.
All I can suggest now is to ask if @O2Emma can help?

Hi @AJHaden at the moment we are are upgrading our voicemail service to improve it for the future we are aware some of the features are not functioning really sorry for this.
I also am getting the error on option 5 invalid so I know it is frustrating at the moment please bare with us whilst we finish upgrading the service . We will get it all back working as soon as possible.
