I have been defrauded a couple of months ago for contracting a phone (iPhone 13 pro max for £28 a month which i never received it. I finally realised it was a sim card only deal)
I called customer service for rectification and i was promised that no such letters will come to my inbox anymore, but i keep receiving them.
I want it stopped because i drew attention during the cooling off period.
It frustrate me because you are destroying my credit score.
