hi all 

im trying to unlock my phone ive used the online form didnt hear anything back

ive tried ringing but due to the current circumstance all calls are for prioty problems only not unlocking

 

so yesterday a couple of weeks later i decided to register on the o2 app. 

i managed to set it up but havent recievd an email to confirm my email tried sending several times.

 

anyway i finally go onto the unlock request bit only to receive a message shortly after saying "cannot unlatch the device we have sent you an email to explain why"

i havent recieved any emails from o2 i am receiving them from other places so its working.

any advice please need this phone unlocked asap please

Hi @cxn000 

Are you sure the phone is locked? Try another sim in it. Thats the usual reason for that sort of message.

there nothing in junk email, and ive tried another sim card in it

i have resubmitted the form again received the same message about 30 mins later, still no email

Are you submitting the details correctly?

doesnt ask for a security word just the imei number

unlock my device

select other 

enter imei

press unlock this device
