unlocking a phone

When I try and enter the details to unlock a old phone locked to the O2 network, it asks for my customer service password, what is this? Does it just want my O2 account password?

If it's any easier, you can log into your My O2 account and unlock your phone through there without filling out the online form

The password is the answer to your security question, not the password you use to login to your MyO2.

You can reset your security question in your MyO2 if you have forgotten it.
