unlock old iphone

how can i unlock iphone 6s plus, i’ve compleated the form multiple times and “ I'm sorry, we have not been able to unlatch your device at this time.
The reason given is:

You have not passed our security checks with the detail you have given
us.Please check you have provided the correct information and then
resendthe form.”
where can i find the ‘correct’ information?

If the form is asking for a password, it isn't your O2 log in password.

It's usually memorable information set up when you registered such as mother's maiden name

You can change this in My O2

Hello Bmcgx, you will need to have a valid o2 sim in the device while the unlatching is happening this will need to be in the device for at least 24 hours before the request has been sent through, this will enable O2 to have connection to unlatch device and you will need to keep the sim in until the unlatching is complete.
