If you have a new number then you will have a new log in for your myo2 which will be on your contract or you could ask customer service for help.

Are you still using the same email address?
If so, call customer service for the new password for the new account.

There is also an often proven fix here for de-registering https://community.o2.co.uk/t5/Other-Products-Services/O2-Wifi-At-London-Underground-Not-able-to-conn...
It works for any wifi, not just LU.
