Block the number and do not follow any links.

Forward the scam text to 7726 - It's free.

O2 will never text you from a mobile number.

That is the definitive way of telling if it's genuine or not.

I too got a text saying we were unable to process your late payment. it came from +44946478084. I presume it's a scam?
