What is my best options if use my mobile a lot abroad outside eu, i am on a 24 month contract

get a local sim.

But what phone do you have is it unlocked etc as o2 do not do any special tariffs apart from o2 travel for the eu.

If you have a compatible phone and are on consumer pay monthly look at tugo for calls over wifi to save on costs.
